Is it a bad thing that I puke when I work out?
I'm training with a crossfit trained coach. This guy is super intense. Frequently I work to the point where I throw up.
Somebody recently told me that this was a Bad Thing.

It's not real good for your esophagus or teeth.
I think the answer to this mostly depends on how much you enjoy throwing up .

My 10 year old cat seems to be vomiting about once a week. Today she vomited a thick, orange, digested blob of vomit. I am not sure what is going on.
She is eating and drinking, napping, affectionate.

Yeah i definitely agree, to the vet ASAP! my cats were both really sick and i couldn't tell and the only thing i could see was that they were being strange with their litterbox... .
I suggest you bring her to the vet asap as cats tend to hide pain very well .

Ugh, poor Ava came home from a school worn out but I chalked it up to a cold we all have. Well she has been running a 102-103 temp and slept a good 4 hours and just woke up and vomited. Is there a bug going around?

Wouldn't you be better off asking on your local board? I mean, there definitely was a stomach bug going around in my area of MD around Christmas, and strep is currently rampant in my Dad's area, but I doubt either was nationwide .
