I've had two wasps in my house in the last couple of days - both very dozy - but it's a funny time of year for wasps to be around. Has anyone else seen any?

This morning a local radio presenter said he had a huge wasp indoors yesterday...not much else for him to talk.

Has anybody else had wasps lately?
I just went into the dining room to find a wasp on the inside of window. Is this unusual? I cant remember ever seeing one in February.
Its 7.c outside so that may have something to do with it, but February?

I don't hate wasps, but I like bees better.
Wasps don't make anything production.
Bees make honey, pollen, royal jelly, wax and propolis.
