How do I clean basin wastes. ? I have an Ideal standard basin and the wast blocked up after 10 months in use. How do I clean the waste without having to undo the plumbing? Is there a chemical product that I can use to maintain the waste?

Same problem.
Tried dropping quest and redoing; still unable to complete.
Talk to quest giver with yellow '?' (Taran Zhu) open the quest completion box, click 'complete quest' and nothing happens .
Also having problem turning in this quest.
