Need to install tile over tile. What do you suggest? It must be waterproof!

Grout is not waterproof.
Tile itself is not waterproof.
Some things to know going in though:
1.
By waterproof, do you mean that the "glue" will not dissolve in water, or that it will prevent details for us to be helpful.

Are you talking about an esc that is lipo capable? im a bit confused by "brushed LVC ESC"
most esc's capable of supporting lipos are brushless and can support brushed motors as well, you just wouldn't use one of the wires
you can get an esc under $60 ... .

Anybody use PYE products? PYE is a local company and they seems to sell a lot of stuff for waterproofing.

Note that simply using Ditra does not completely waterproof the room.

A lot of Ditra uncoupling membrane, which can also be used to (somewhat), waterproof, a floor.
