My understanding is that there are 2 18-55mm lens, one is waterproof and one is not
the kit lens is not
So if I want a waterproof K-30 I have to buy the $850 body only and add $200 waterproof 18-55
for a total price of $1050, correct?

I've used the Olympus....
Good pics, waterproof,the slightly older models card.
And for the extensive research I have done, none of them can compare to Non-waterproof point and shoot good, not the least of which is several movie recording modes.
