A bound weapon may be one of the easiest methods in the game for general....
That with the Dual Sword Backstab if you're quick-footed enough! It also doesn't hurt that a bound weapon helps raise conjuration and one handed skills simultaneously.

If a vampire uses a power that grants him heavy armor and two hand weapons, can he also take the sword of battle(magic weapon that gives +1 attack)? Would he then, in effect, wield the sword of battle in his good hand and a normal hand weapon in his offhand...

Are discussed, it states that a character that has a magic close combat weapon cannot use any other have both a magic weapon and any number of mundane weapons allowed by the army list.

I think the current weapons have been there for a while, and being able to buy stronger/newer would make a bit of a fresh move to the game.
However, point isn't to copy the sgw unascended races weapon names but have new idea for names (and strength?) ...

Do you mean oiled vs dry filter? Weapon R uses foam filters which require oil.
Typically seen in some domestic and and some EDM cars .
