Take a look at this page from IBM for an in-depth comparison of AWT, Swing and SWT .
It has far richer support and many "heavy weight".
Is arguably a very top-heavy, or heavy weight, if you like API.

While Heavy weight, in some systems, refer to a system process, with its own.
In most systems Light weight threads are the normal threads you create with the help of library, like p_threads in linux.

It kinda depends of reps that you want to work in which... .
Weighted if you can do with good form probably best if you can do 12+ bw add some weight then slowly add more but if you can handle higher weight with good control its all you.

Weight lifting nor will you get the hormonal release....
If you have a calorie deficit you will lose weight without exercising.
The weightlifting is primarily though.
They enjoy, then they'll lose weight, of course as long as they adhere.

I just finished up a weight box built from an old pc case. Filled it with over 100lbs of concrete, just waiting for it to cure.
Tonight, I bought 2 12-qt pots to make wheel weights out of. At $10 a piece, they're not the cheapest set of homemade wheel...

James, your pc case weight is what gave me the idea for mine.
I think it weighed about 60 lbs.
I traded it to Hugh.
This finished i have done the pc case weight box before- hung off the 3 point.
