Does anyone have a copy of the Original Weight Watchers Diet Plan of when they first started. I was on it back then and remember the diet required 3-5 fish meals a week. Would appreciate any and all help. Thanks so much.

Huh, I'm feeling pretty good then with my levels then. I was on the treadmill until it carped out on me a few weeks back. So out on the rolling country roads, and then hilly off streets along the water now.
