Think about it, Corporations can outsource or not hire full time knowing that taxpayer money will pay for foodstamps,welfare,medicaid,etc.. which means they still make money thanks to government aid.

Some states are trying to push to have welfare recipients tested for drugs while they are on welfare. Personally I think this should have happened a long time ago and never been appealed by the states that had it enacted. A few links to read up on. Your...
