Maybe this one....
As of the asp.net tag: the ajax control toolkit has an ModalPopupExtender .
But there are lots of UI toolkits that provides such functionality, such as jQuery-UI , the dojo toolkit and also the Yahoo-UI .
Natively I think there are none.

I am using MVC and Nhibernate in my application. How can i improve security of my application using proper authentication and authorization?

The question is frankly too open.
Personally, i find this extremely useful.
I would suggest you to scan your site for vulnerabilities using some of these great solutions .

Could be that....
When you replaced the pinion seal how did you do it? Paid to have it done, when motor was pulled and re-built, you thinking he tighten the yoke nut to tight? I think something was done wrong if it didn't make noise before and now it does .
