I know the best bread to get is made with 100% whole wheat, vs just whole wheat. But what
is the difference? I always look at the lables. If it says bleached wheat flour or even enriched wheat flour...
I think it needs to say "whole wheat" vs just wheat to provide the nutritional benefits.I buy whole

Looks like ww pastry flour is supposed to be finer, but is it just a different kind of wheat/different

A great lip gloss called Caliente, which they say is gluten-free but contains Wheat Germ Oil
Gel. It contains Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein. Is this safe? The only issue I see with this one is when
is DEFINITELY not safe because you will lick your lips and wheat germ oil contains gluten I know it stinks

I just baked some cookies where the recipe called for wheat germ, I used wheat bran. I know
they come from different parts of the wheat, but can they be used interchangably in recipes?

On a beer, absolutely loved the Boulevard Wheat. I didnt advertise it as a Boulevard clone but several

I stayed away from a definitive wheat yeast and went with a Safale-05. The taste was light
