Is Wheat Germ the same thing as Wheat Germ Oil? Okay, so I have been looking EVERYWHERE for Wheat Germ Oil. No stores have it, only the plain Wheat Germ. So I got that. But I'm trying to make a recipe for my birds that calls for four drops of Wheat Germ...

Noughtyfarmer , hard to find oats dry enough as it needs more time than other straws normal year would be £10/ton more than wheat but who knows any more Re: Oat straw premium over wheat....

Wheat after barley
Hi
just after a bit of advice, I'm wanting to plant winter wheat after spring barley and told i should'nt need a take-all seed dressing, is this right. The ground has been in long term barley, mainly spring and no history of wheat....

Never planted wheat after spring barley, but have after winter barley and that we did dress for Take-all, if in doubt put Take-all dressing....

That's just what my volunteer wheat looks like if I let wheat one spring when I was burning down for corn.

Just did a side by side and I can't see getting any closer. Brew to keg in about 3 weeks so it's a fast one if you need to get something drinkable quickly.

If I did it again, I would definitely use the US-05 instead .
Mine was 5 lbs White Wheat, 5 lbs Pale Malt, 0.25 magnum @ 60, 0.25 simcoe @ 10 mins, WLP 320 of the original Boulevard Wheat.
