Does anyone have an example of something that can not be done on a Windows2000 server using PHP5?
UPDATE: Just to clarify, my problem isn't with IIS, or that I'm an "only open source" kinda guy. It's that the hosting is a terrible package across the board...

I am on Gemzar / Carboplastin and Zometa cycles for my lung and bone mets. On day 1 I get G/C and Zometa, day 8 I just get Gemzar, and then a week off. The zometa is on a four week cycle.
My problem is that this is really knocking me on my butt! Days ...
