Judge question - withholding placement Question for judges...
If you are judging a class with only one dog, can you say what would cause you to withhold a placement? Would you withhold placement for one major fault or would it take more than that?

withholding Not a judge, but if it were a "major fault", I would hope they would withhold a 1st to standard, would that have a judge withhold placement?
I like the comment that it depends on how it affects, and the dog is otherwise....

I've developed a web application in ASP.NET for a client who now demands that I turn over the source code. There is no contract (all work has been done on a Time and Material basis) and he has not paid any extra money for the source. I have my own reasons...

Title says it all, been selling on ebay since 03 with 725 perfect feedbacks.. Now after selling a club they are now saying that they will withhold funds for up to 21 days? I dont think so.

A show that I worked on is withholding my last weeks paycheck because of the
amount of equipment lost and damaged during the production. The L&D isnt one persons fault, but the best boy electric and I are being held responsible...

What is a withholding ID? Can someone explain to me what a withholding ID and withholding tax are? Also, what are SIT ID's and SUI ID's?

Luke I do mine myself online, it's easy and free, you don't need an accountant to do it .
Why is it too much effort? I don't do it myself, but I know friends who do and it doesnt cost anything and is easy to do .
