I've developed a web application in ASP.NET for a client who now demands that I turn over the source code. There is no contract (all work has been done on a Time and Material basis) and he has not paid any extra money for the source. I have my own reasons...

I know you asked for one per answer, but I have too many that you own your code, then you don't need a reason to withhold it; it's simply yours.
Attempt to withhold the code from them.

Assuming you have withholding on your paycheck in the right amount...? and you aren't cheating, how do you incur tax debt?

For example if you earned $20,000 in taxable interest....
With proper paycheck withholding and without cheating, the only real way to incur debt is by having other income that increases your tax liability but doesn't impact your withholding.
