For a flat panel, you could use a bending ply, veneer it, glue and fasten to a rabbet on the back of the
R&S's .
The easiest way for you to do them would be to cut the rails from solid stock (bandsaw the curve) .

So both my table saws blades developed some wobble - resawing 6" baseboards - .. the blades weren't very expensive ($40ish each), so it's not a total travesty, but is it possible to correct the wobble in the blades, or are they both garbage?

What blades are they? one is dewalt general purpose, the other is a freud ripping blade Check all aspects first dust between spacer .

Well, I finally got sick and tired of all the sawdust that my Craftsman contractor table saw would make as I would cut wood up. I did by an aftermarket Dust collector shield that covered the blade inside the housing, and when that was on, it would provide...

After a few pop-rivets, some screws, and a little....
I then cut it out, took it over to the brake and bent it into shape .
I then proceeded to lay out the metal “pan” to close off that bottom, as well as collect the dust and reroute it towards the DC opening .
