Yes, it really is a different instructions, able to self-teach Those are some of the qualities that I think qualify someone to work in an Agile environment.

Let's say I have a bunch of bugs (work items) that are all linked one work item. How can I right a work item query to fetch the list of all bugs linked to a specific work item?

TFS 2010 provides.
In TFS 2008 you can't do that with a work item query.
There is no way to do this.

The company I work for has had about 10 of us in a conference room pushing for a deadline. Maybe it's just me, but I just can't get any work done in that sort of environment.

I've worked in a room for 3 weeks with the same people on a recent project....
I've worked both in isolated and shared environments and I would say when working with others, my like there's a problem with attitude, rather than the approach.

Here's a coldfusion bug that I can't figure out where to even start debuging....
On DEV, I have CF7, and use CFFILE to upload, and rename a file... Uploaded Images etc...
Now I deployed on Prod with CF9 and all image uploads don't work and are not erroring...

I'm trying to use setMask to create 3 "windows" of masked movieClips in AS2 (CS3).
The main window is masked fine.
After clicking a button, I'm creating two additional windows, but the refuse to be masked No error, it's just that the mask is not applied...

Try setting cacheAsBitmap to true for each movieclip going down from the _root .
Try setting cacheAsBitmap to true for everything.
Masks in Flash can be unpredictable.
