I want to set up a club making workshop in my basement. What are the basic tools that i would need for swapping shafts and regripping clubs. i'm not really looking to bend anything or regroove right now.. just the basics...

It just means you need to put some effort in, in terms of creating the template... .
You could burn it on CD or whatever, hand it out at the start and they can all load it up and play along and run it .
Add a few (or just one!) hands-on lab(s) into the mix .

If you call url_for on a model object:
<%= url_for(@workshop) %>
The docs for url_for say it calls @workshop.to_s which results in:
/workshops/5
But if I just call to_s on the model, I don't get the route - how does url_for do this ?

You need to re-export the Ant scripts after the upgrade .
This snippet appears to be from the Workshop exported Ant script.
