On the one hand you could argue that it's morally justified to catch whichever thieving low lives have committed this deeply unpleasant act of disrespect, and force them to face up to their misdeeds..

May want to obfuscate the JavaScript if you feel it's worth the (minimal) IP protection.

But i have to say that over half a million users can't be wrong so i'd say give it a try .
I've checked out drupal a couple of times but always come to the same conclusion, it's not what i'm looking for .
