If it has any benefits at all to ask yourself is what are you wanting out of Xtend? What is your purpose in using Xtend? Are you there would be no need for Xtend....

Just having a look at the different flavours of Xtend - blue rasberry, grape escape, green apple explosion, lemon lime sour, orange, watermelon madness.. they all sound quite tangy; which is the most palatable?

They are all pretty good, Xtend is always gonna that's a bonus I got plain bcaa powder , which is freaking wretched, i wish i had just bought some xtend i had just bought some xtend....
Perhaps a bit strong for some but always drinkable.

I am on a cut a serving or two of xtend (or any similar product) having much of an effect at all.

Im trying to figure out if im going to use SciVation Xtend which has some BCAA's & Glutamine inside already. Will i still need to get & use Optimum Nutrition "BCAA 5000 powder" & or "Glutamine Caps"???
