I think most preferable will be Yedda Twitter Library
TweetSharp can take care of both those requirements.

从7点半左右大家开始K歌，今晚是很快乐的一晚！参加者有十余位，按到达时间序，包括123，小V，墨铭和我，然后是11、苏迅、哎哟喂，小蛇有段时间未见，今晚也来参加，同时报告了她谈恋爱了的好消息，好样的！
此后大熊携妞妞出席，大熊K歌，妞妞与我们灌蛋。大熊的歌声也很有特色，掀起一波高潮！
后来祥瑞赶来，果然是很有特色的小伙子！粤语歌唱得很不错！当然，今晚唱歌的都很卖力、动情！除了我和11基本不唱之外(11似乎唱过一两首)
最后出场的是思思，被鸭脖子给勾引来了，虽然到现场已经见不到鸭脖的影子了，不过她应该还是高兴的...
