The Lost Vale staff is better than the Bastion Stairs staff, just not in the way you want it to be. Personally, I'm glad that I don't have to grind weeks trying to get a staff from a PvE dungeon when I want to play PvP. Darkpromise gear by itself is currenty the best source for bonus critical healing chance anyway. Five percent is gotten as the three-piece bonus, and there's another whopping three percent on the boots. source

The toggle switch on Dweezil's guitar looks to be a 3 or 5 way switch. To me it looks like its got that plastic cone top and is too high to be a regular switch like Pacer's used to have. source
