We are having issues after uploading them to Zoombrowser EX from the Canon camera. Videos seem to play at slower speed while audio in the video runs at normal speed. Also, the videos play at normal speed while being viewed on the camera?? What options...

Check to be sure....
Version 6.4.1 enables users to edit MOV/AVI movies.
Give it a try and let us know.
Perhaps using Windows Media Player will play it properly.
What is the file extension (*mov, etc.)? I don't see any setting for movies in ZoomBrowserEX .

Zoombrowser 5.5 benutzt wurde.
Zoombrowser ist aktuell in Version 6.2.1b downloadbar.

DPP and external monitor screen I altered the monitor settings in Windows 7 on my laptop so that when using Zoombrowser double clicking on an image opened it on my larger second monitor. Does anyone know how to do this with DPP?

You have to again do the drag and drop thing .
In DPP doubleclicking on an image initially opens it in a new window but on top window (unlike in Zoombrowser).
As in Zoombrowser.

All of a sudden, the computer does not recognize my camera. I have uninstalled all Canon utilities, but can not find my cd's. I also can't find where to download ZoomBrowser EX on the internet! (I've looked all over Canon's site, yes.) I'm not that computer...

I've installed Zoombrowser Ex6.6. But it doesn't recognize the camera. I know the camera functions and the USB connection works, because I can plug it into my old computer just fine. Does this system simply not acknowledge the camera? or what do I need...

Can I edit CR2 using GIMP? I just started shooting in RAW format. For all my jpeg pictures, I use GIMP to edit. Buying photoshop or anything like that is not an option right now.
Anyway, I have the Canon Zoombrowser that lets you view and do limited editing...

But to take it further, it needs to take the photo from a RAW file in zoombrowser, into GIMP (or anywhere) the file needs to be processed, that definitely answers my question....
In Zoombrowser for example, you can make adjustment and so on.
