Exercise hard but not too late into the evening....
Get out into the bright sunlight during the day.
Make your bedroom as dark as possible, even a digital alarm Clock light needs to be covered .
Don't have stimulants like coffee after 3 or 4 in the afternoon .

Have you had a sleep study done? That might indicate how restless... .
Another potential cause of fatigue is if you are having seizures at night, or otherwise sleeping poorly .
Seizures can be exhausting on their own, and the the meds can make us tired too .
